Subject: Globalization of Curriculum

Hi Bill;

We have Internationalization as one of our priorities in our newest Strategic Plan - but we have just begun work on it and have no progress to report. We have had BBA programs in China for 10+ years (with local partners) and have a couple of international field schools, but that's all we can report for now. It's fairly modest.

We too are interested to hear from others on their ideas and progress.

Colleagues,

I have had a request from one of our partners (Forum for International Trade Training – FITT) to try and determine how colleges are internationalizing their curriculum. The attached document gives some examples but FITT would like to understand what else may be happening. If you have any thoughts or some great program initiatives along this line please send them along. I will communicate them to FITT and ask Anne to create a folder for our website so we can see each other’s best practices. Here is the article:

Bill
